Delivery and Returns

Phillips-Creasey Horticultural delivers and installs all products ordered for customer projects. If any item is damaged, then Phillips-Creasey Horticultural will work with the manufacturer or grower to replace the items. This may delay some installations. However, Phillips-Creasey Horticultural will work to minimize this impact.
